• Delivery options are available upon request with a delivery fee included. 
• Pick up options are available without a fee.

• Rental items should be secured at all times and protected from the elements.

• The customer is responsible for all rental items from the start of rental to the time of return. This includes the safe transport to and from our showrooms for customer picked-up items.

• If there are any issues with rental items upon receipt, customers must contact Remington Event Rental immediately and send a message describing any problems if outside of office hours. (hello@remingtonrental.com) Customers are encouraged to take pictures of the item in question.

• A fee will be charged for any missing/damaged items, or items not returned within 48 hours of the rental end date. Please send us an email with images of damaged items and description. (hello@remingtonrental.com)

• Items should be returned in their original packaging. A fee will be charged for missing containers.

• Excess food and liquid should be removed from dishes, flatware, glassware and serving items prior to rental end date. Silver items must be dried before repackaging.

• Linens should be free of food, crumbs, confetti, etc. and must be completely dry before being packed into totes provided by Remington Event Rental for return. Wet/damp linens mildew easily. Customers are responsible for replacement costs of linens damaged by mildew, grease/food stains, candle wax, burns, etc.

Handle Linens With Care

• Clean tables before using linens. 

• Food: Remove any food & crumbs from linens before returning. 

• Stains: Be mindful of spills & stains. Address stains promptly. Please return cleaned linens. 

• Damage: Avoid smoking, fire, wax, staples, pins, tape & glue. These can damage linens & result in replacement fees. 

• Drying: If linens get wet, allow them to dry completely before storing to prevent mold.

• Storage: Store linens in bins provided. Avoid plastic bags, which can trap moisture.

• Table Protectors: Try using table protectors to minimize staining and damage. 

• Replacement: Damaged, lost &  stolen items will include a replacement charge.
